Makes about 20 four-inch pancakes per pouch.

Directions

For 10 pancakes, combine 1 1/3 cup (180g) dry mix, 8 ounces water, 1 egg (beaten), and 2 Tablespoons oil*

Whisk all ingredients until well blended. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a preheated (300°) nonstick griddle. Cook about 3 minutes or until bubbles form (adjust heat as necessary). Flip over and cook one minute (or till golden brown).

*For premium taste and texture, a neutral tasting oil is recommended.
**Use less water for thicker pancakes or more water for thinner pancakes.

Waffle Recipe

Combine 1 1/3 cup (180g) dry mix, 8 ounces water, 1 egg (beaten), 3 Tablespoons oil*

Whisk all ingredients until blended well. Pour batter onto preheated and lightly greased waffle iron. Cook until golden brown or according to waffle iron instructions. Makes up to three 7" waffles.

*For premium taste and texture, we recommend using a neutral flavored oil.
